I am getting married. Should my fiancée/fiancé and I draw up an antenuptial agreement?
Deciding to draft and register a prenuptial agreement depends on both parties’ personal particulars such as the assets owned by them, their age, whether it is a second marriage etc. There are many options available and something to be considered is the accrual system.
